A Transformative Initiative for Adult Educators & Single Moms
The 5Star Single Moms Project is a European Union-funded Erasmus+ initiative designed to equip adult educators with innovative cognitive and technological tools to better support single mothers.
Divorce and single parenthood bring significant psychological, social, and economic challenges. Research shows that single moms experience higher levels of anxiety, depression, and social isolation compared to married mothers. Despite these challenges, most adult education programs lack specialized methodologies to effectively support single mothers.
This project bridges that gap by introducing modern, research-backed approaches in education, psychology, and technology.

Socio-Cultural (Technological) and Psychological (Cognitive) Based Approaches for Single Moms
